RETURNS POLICY:
We want you to be delighted every time you shop with us. Occasionally though, we know you may want to return items. Our guarantee means that if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition, within 14 days, and we will issue a full refund for the price you paid minus a restocking fee of 10% (minimum of ?2.50). Our restocking fee covers credit card/cheque refund costs and postage and packing paid by us for the delivery of your item.
